Make & Take: Strawberry Tarts

Pilot Class: Celebrate the flavours of summer in this hands-on workshop held in the the Cambridge Food Bank’s commercial kitchen. Together, we will explore the art of pastry — light, buttery, and just the right amount of crisp - while learning to build a summer tart while strawberries at their season best.

Learn to mix, roll, and shape a sweet tart dough that can become the base for endless seasonal creations. Together, we’ll bake beautiful strawberry tarts.

This is a pilot class, and your feedback will shape future offerings. You’ll leave with:

• A batch of pastry dough to try again at home

• Six gorgeous tarts, made in class

• A recipe bundle for future inspiration
