Date: Thursday June 26, 2025 at 6:30 PM.
Fee: $65 per person.
Location: Cambridge Food Bank, 54 Ainslie St S, Cambridge, ON.
Time: 1.5 hours.
Description: Join us at the Cambridge Food Bank for a fun and delicious charcuterie workshop led by Sanum, founder of Grazing Daisy. You’ll craft your very own charcuterie box filled with a delightful selection of artisan cheeses, savory meats, and our signature small-batch jams, made from rescued local produce.
Indulge in a special tasting of our mouthwatering preserves and freshly baked goods, available at local farmers' markets, and discover the art of pairing flavours that excite your taste buds. Take a tour of the Cambridge Food Bank, and learn how food that would otherwise go to waste is transformed into something beautiful and meaningful for our community.
Each participant will leave with their own charcuterie box, enough to satisfy 1- 3 people — perfect for sharing with friends or family. Meats are halal and do not include pork.
As a pilot class, your feedback will help shape future offerings. All proceeds support the Cambridge Food Bank.
Registration: Select the date on the calendar below and complete your registration form and transaction.
Please note: a minimum of 6 participants is required.
