Description:
Join our pilot jam-making class! In this small-group workshop at the Cambridge Food Bank, you’ll learn the art of preserving the vibrant flavours of early summer—fresh strawberries and tangy rhubarb—into two delicious, shelf-stable jams: Strawberry and Strawberry Rhubarb.
Our experienced instructor will guide you through every step, from preparing the fruit to safely sealing your jars. You’ll also enjoy a tasting session to compare the bright simplicity of strawberry jam with the sweet-tart complexity of strawberry rhubarb.
This is a pilot class, and your feedback will help shape future offerings. You’ll leave with:
2-3 jars of jam to enjoy at home
A recipe bundle for future inspiration
Confidence to start preserving your own jams
All proceeds support the Cambridge Food Bank.
