Workshops are offered occasionally throughout the year, so when one sparks your interest, be sure to save your spot. Workshop fees support program delivery and help support food security programs at the Cambridge Food Bank.

Beyond Cinco de Mayo: A Mexican Street Food Experience

Join FoodForward for an engaging, hands-on cooking experience led by Chef Claudia Huerta, a native of Puebla, Mexico. In this interactive workshop you’ll learn to prepare authentic Mexican street foods like hand-pressed quesadillas and sopes, along with fresh guacamole and pico de gallo, while learning the cultural story behind Cinco de Mayo and the historic Battle of Puebla.
