Thank you for booking a FoodForward Experience! Please review the instructions below carefully:

1. Details

2. Arrival and Check-in

  • Cambridge Food Bank: Please enter through the main front entrance and check in with the reception desk.

  • After-Hours Arrival: For experiences occurring outside of regular business hours (after 4:30 PM), a FoodForward team member will meet your group at the main entrance.

3. Parking

  • Parking:

    • Free 12-hour parking is available at the Ainslie Street Parking Lot, located directly beside the Cambridge Food Bank.

    • If the Ainslie Street Parking Lot is full, 2-hour street parking is available on surrounding streets.

    • Paid parking is also available at the City of Cambridge Parking Galt City Centre lot.

4. Attire and What to Bring

  • Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.

  • Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty.

  • Hydration: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • Allergies/Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance so we can make necessary accommodations.

5. Group Information

  • Minimum/Maximum Group Size: Each FoodForward Experience has a minimum group size to proceed as well as a maximum group size.

  • Age Restrictions: Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
