Event Description: Join FoodForward for an engaging, hands-on cooking experience led by Chef Claudia Huerta, a native of Puebla, Mexico.  

In this unique workshop, you’ll prepare authentic Mexican street foods like hand-pressed quesadillas and sopes, along with fresh guacamole and pico de gallo, while learning the true story behind Cinco de Mayo and the historic Battle of Puebla.

Following the cooking experience, you will get to enjoy the meal together - celebrating food, culture and community!
